DTV Consultancy, Intermediary and Organization Inc., is operating as a subsidiary of the Foundation for Strengthening the Foreign Affairs Organization, which is established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye.

Acting with public support, DTV provides technical infrastructure, process consultancy, software development and design services to public institutions and business partners at national and international levels.
